EnlightKS acquires BdM Development

EnlightKS today announced the acquisition of BdM Development in an undisclosed deal that creates one of the largest privately owned companies in the sector.

BdM Development, established in 1992 and based in Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire, provides software and services focused on rapid e-learning, learning management and assessment systems. The company has built its reputation on using a combination of bespoke development and best-of-breed products from its comprehensive portfolio to deliver effective solutions to both private and public sector clients. BdM Development's impressive customer list includes some of Europe's most respected companies such as Toyota (GB) plc, Unilever, JohnsonDiversey and Xerox.
