Knowledge Solutions Complete Acquisition of Enlight

Combined group to offer solutions for IT change management, end-user adoption, knowledge transfer, certification management and ECDL/ICDL

Knowledge Solutions (UK) Ltd (www.knowledgeuk.com), the leading provider of IT change management and knowledge transfer solutions, has acquired 100% of Enlight (www.enlight.net), the leading provider of certification management, knowledge assurance and European/International Computer Driving Licence (ECDL/ICDL) solutions.

The announcement comes two years after Knowledge Solutions initially acquired a stake in Enlight, and in a carefully planned merger the two companies have moved to consolidate their operations.

The merger increases Knowledge Solutions operations in Stockholm and Umeå, Sweden, with Enlight's UK team relocating to Royston, Hertfordshire.
