Knowledge Solutions acquire majority stake in Enlight International


Knowledge Solutions, currently the largest single shareholder in Enlight, has extended its stake to 51% - a controlling share.


Enlight (First North; ENLI B) is the market leader in European and International Computer Driving Licence tests (ECDL/ICDL) and Certification Management.

Enlight will continue to operate independently, focusing on their ECDL/ICDL and certification solutions, which are currently used in over 20 countries on all continents. "We’re delighted to be working with Knowledge Solutions," commented Erik Hult, CEO, Enlight International. "Knowledge Solutions has been a major shareholder in Enlight for more than a year and have contributed positively to the development of our company. We are pleased that they have extended their stake in Enlight. Their experience will help us to move our ECDL/ICDL and certification business forward to better serve our customers."
