Knowledge Solutions continue expansion into key markets

New client wins in key Police, Local Government and ICT organisations announced

Knowledge Solutions (UK) Ltd, the leading provider of change management and knowledge transfer solutions for organisations implementing enterprise IT systems, continue to build on their market expertise with major client wins in the Police, Local Government and ICT sectors.

Conwy County Borough Council, situated in the stunning landscape of North Wales and including much of Snowdonia National Park, is using Knowledge Solutions to drive end-user adoption of their new PARIS social care system. Conwy CBC is implementing the PARIS social care system from in4tek to replace an aging in-house legacy system. The new system will bring significant benefits to Conwy’s social care staff, enabling them to meet new government regulation and enhancing the way social workers operate.

European Electronique, one of Europe's most professional ICT partners for a comprehensive range of Infrastructure services, have selected Knowledge Solutions to provide training aids for teachers using their technology in the education sector. Knowledge Solutions will create online learning material in partnership with European Electronique's suppliers, covering key classroom technologies such as interactive white boards, laptops, projectors and the like.

One of the top five police forces in the country is using Knowledge Solutions in-process support tools to improve the quality of data entered into their IT systems. For the force, accurate data is absolutely critical and by using Knowledge Solutions they'll be able to significantly reduce errors created by officers and staff when inputting data. This in turn will reduce the risk of erroneous data impairing the forces ability to carry out its tasks.

Adrian Palmer-Geaves, CEO, Knowledge Solutions, said: "Our customer list continues to grow as more and more organisations are realising the benefit of our industry tailored solutions. Through constant innovation and a deep understanding of the industries in which we operate we continue to expand our solutions to meet and exceed our customers' needs."
