Knowledge Solutions and Enlight Unveil New Management Structure

Combined organisation to integrate operations

Knowledge Solutions (UK) Ltd (www.knowledgeuk.com), the leading provider of IT change management and knowledge transfer solutions, today announced a new management structure after the recent acquisition of Enlight (www.enlight.net), the leading provider of certification management, knowledge assurance and European/International Computer Driving Licence (ECDL/ICDL) solutions.

The merged organisation has been split into regional teams for management purposes, with Erik Hult, former CEO of Enlight, becoming Chief Operating Officer of Knowledge Solutions Europe. Erik will manage all of Knowledge Solutions' Europe operations which will be run out of Stockholm, Sweden. Erik also becomes a member of the Knowledge Solutions board.

Tim Cooper, previously Sales Director for Knowledge Solutions, becomes Chief Operating Officer for Knowledge Solutions UK, taking over management duties for all UK sales, marketing, professional services and solutions delivery.

Richard Harknett, formerly Solutions Architect for Knowledge Solutions, moves into the position of Head of Product Development for the combined group. Richard will oversee the strategic integration of Knowledge Solutions' and Enlight's core products.

The new management appointments take effect immediately, and will be fully embedded in preparation for the New Year.
