Knowledge Solutions Host 'Enhancing End-User Adoption of IM&T within the NHS' Seminar

Seminar aimed at forward thinking IM&T professionals looking to significantly increase end-user adoption of systems and processes within the health sector.

This informative seminar, taking place at the Royal Society on the 5th November, will address the critical issue of end-user adoption of new IT systems and processes within the NHS. The seminar will investigate the approaches, methods and technologies used by two leading NHS trusts to transfer the knowledge and skills their end-users require to become successful users of IT systems.

Speakers from Moorfields Eye Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and Hammersmith and Fulham PCT will share their experiences of driving end-user adoption through blended training, ongoing performance support and change management programmes.

Hammersmith and Fulham PCT will explain how they enhanced the standard LSP adoption programme and the benefits this will yield, whilst Moorfields Eye Hospital will highlight how 24x7 live user support can significantly improve user competency in a diverse and ever changing workforce.

Attendees will gain an invaluable insight into the real-world issues faced by the two trusts to ensure their staff maximised the potential of new IT systems. By understanding the obstacles, and how they were overcome, attendees will be able to apply best practice when building and implementing end-user adoption programmes.

The seminar is aimed at NHS staff who are directly involved in the deployment of new or upgraded IT systems. IM&T, IT training, change and programme managers will benefit from the experiences of their peers who have been through the process.

Knowledge Solutions, a leading provider of change management and knowledge transfer solutions for organisations implementing enterprise IT systems, will host the seminar at the world famous Royal Society, a grade 1 listed building overlooking The Mall and St. James’s Park.
