Knowledge Solutions appoint key staff to manage unprecedented growth

Following unprecedented growth, Knowledge Solutions, the leading provider of knowledge transfer and learning technologies, has created two key positions to ensure that new and existing clients continue to benefit from the first-class solutions and services they expect from Knowledge Solutions.

Liam O'Meara, formerly of EBC (now Futuremedia), joins Knowledge Solutions as Business Development Manager and has hit the ground running, securing several major client wins almost immediately. Liam has a track record in securing major strategic deals with blue chip organisations, and comes to Knowledge Solutions fresh from winning many of EBCs key clients. Prior to EBC Liam was working for The Matchett Group, where he introduced a range of innovative rapid authoring and collaborative working technologies to the UK market.

Mark Fulton will be expanding the Customer Relations role, focusing on Knowledge Solutions' existing client base and ensuring they get the maximum benefit from their investment in Knowledge Solutions products and services. Mark has worked with some of the UK's most innovative and successful organisations; he joins from Active Hotels, the Cambridge start-up that went on to be purchased by US based Priceline.com for a reported £90m. At Active, Mark's role was to establish their lucrative partner network. Prior to this Mark held Account Director positions for major telecoms companies.

"Our growth has seen a phenomenal increase in the last few years, with major private and public sector organisations utilising our knowledge transfer and learning technologies to manage increasingly diverse requirements," comments Adrian Palmer-Geaves, CEO, Knowledge Solutions. "Our world-leading product set is only matched by the experience and professionalism of our team. Mark and Liam's extensive business experience will bring real value to both our existing and future customers."

Knowledge Solutions enables organisations to manage, measure and control change. World-leading software and consultancy ensure that skills and learning are captured, distributed and measured efficiently and effectively helping to significantly reduce the risk and cost of implementing major organisational change.
