Knowledge Solutions acquires stake in Enlight

Acquisition makes Knowledge Solutions largest single shareholder in Enlight.

Knowledge Solutions (UK) Ltd today announced the acquisition of over 30% of the shares of Enlight International AB (publ), a leading, publicly-traded provider of knowledge assurance solutions, for an undisclosed sum. Enlight is listed as ENLI B on the First North public stock exchange in Stockholm.

Adrian Palmer-Geaves, CEO of Knowledge Solutions, commented; "We are very excited to have this opportunity to acquire a stake in Enlight. We believe Enlight to be a strong business with world class products, employees and customers."

Knowledge Solutions develop and market a range of software designed to support business process change and the transfer, and management, of knowledge from those who know to those who need to know. Knowledge Solutions offer software and services to meet these needs.

Terry Morris, Director of International Operations for Knowledge Solutions, comments, "Knowledge Solutions' investment in Enlight is a strategic move; we are seeking to expand rapidly in continental Europe both by organic growth and by acquisition". Morris is based at Knowledge Solutions' Swedish head office in Stockholm, Sweden.
