Knowledge Solutions acquire majority stake in Enlight International

Knowledge Solutions, currently the largest single shareholder in Enlight, have extended their stake to 51% - a controlling share.

Enlight (First North; ENLI B) is the market leader in European and International Computer Driving Licence tests (ECDL/ICDL) and Certification Management.

Enlight will continue to operate independently, focusing on their ECDL/ICDL and certification solutions, which are currently used in over 20 countries on all continents.
