Insurer switches to custom e-learning

Beazley Group has outsourced the development and tracking of their anti-money laundering and fraud course to Knowledge Solutions.

Beazley has moved from an off-the-shelf elearning package to custom developed content. This will ensure the relevance of the course to their audience and highlight their brand values throughout.

Using Knowledge Solutions' technology Beazley will be able to offer a tailored learning experience designed around the requirements of individual's job roles. Staff will be able to complete the course at their own speed whenever they have downtime, easing the disruption usually associated with staff training.

Knowledge Solutions' comprehensive learning administrator will enable business managers to monitor individual's progress and ensure all staff are compliant with Beazley's policies.

The highly interactive, graphical course makes the learning experience more engaging, helping to speed up the learning curve, while automated quizzes test staff have fully understood the content and can apply it to their roles.

Beazley's dispersed workforce will benefit from Knowledge Solutions' online learning by being able to access the course wherever they have an internet connection, removing the requirement for classroom training sessions.
