RAPID CAPTURE OF APPLICATION AND BUSINESS PROCESSES
Applications are often still being developed up to the “Go-Live” date. Therefore it is imperative that the lesson can be created quickly and effectively to deliver both content (what is the change?) and context (why does this change need to be made?).
The time available for the creation of training materials is often compromised earlier in the program, i.e. the application training cannot be created until the application is nearing completion. Therefore it is vital that the tool chosen to capture the system simulation can do so in near real-time. Our authoring tool, KStutor, has been designed specifically for this purpose.
Our “vendor-agnostic” approach means we can rapidly capture applications and processes from almost any source including:
- Web-based applications
- Java based applications such as Oracle
- Windows client-based applications including terminal emulations
- Citrix environments
- Legacy mainframe applications
The KStutor tool is intuitive and may be used by the Subject Matter Expert. This ensures the learning material is delivered in the shortest possible timescales and in a very cost efficient manner.
Once captured the lesson is enhanced by adding questions to test the users' understanding and is then ready for use in the training environment.
